Before submitting a new project application, you will acknowledge the SOP in U+ Super App.

In the past, a project could get company support without going through the form, so many new projects went quiet soon after they came in. The new SOP runs inside U+ Super App, so no step can be skipped.
An unapproved new project gets no project code, no Coordinator, no marketing materials or video, no Project Directory listing and no event budget.

What changes for you
PMs are GM and above; PDs are SGM or DD. Both need enough active members in their downline. Active means currently employed, with a valid sale in the last 3 months. The system checks this for you.
Each new project has a Sales GDV target and a conversion nett target for its price tier. Meet either one within 90 days and you pass.
Once approved, your agreement is issued automatically and signed in U+ Super App. Day 1 of the 90 days is the latest of the signing date, the briefing date and the sales-open date.
Every month we review whether each project's sales are on track and agree the next sales strategy together.

Please arrive by 9:45 AM. We start at 10:00 AM sharp.
Can't make it? Attendance is compulsory. If you have an unavoidable conflict, tell Alan Au in writing, with the reason, by 23 October. We will arrange a separate briefing, and you will still need to acknowledge the SOP in U+ Super App before submitting any new project application.
